How do I buy my Euphoria Jewelry?
Ordering Euphoria is as easy as using and enjoying it.
Decide on the base ring, earring, pendant or bangle of your choice. You will find the jewelry that you love, click on the “Add to Cart” button to place it in your Shopping Cart.
Choose the Xpressions that thrill you. Click on them to see a closer view. Scroll down to see an image of this Xpression on the Base of your choice at the bottom of the Xpressions page. Click on the “Add to Cart” button. And it’s there waiting for you in your cart.
Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.
Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information. Since the orders ship from Aruba, we use PayPal as a payment option. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may check out using your credit card . But don’t worry! PayPal uses the highest standard of encryption in the industry so your details are safe.

Can I ship my order to an international location?

How much are shipping costs?
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $15 on all orders in US, Canada, or Mexico & $30 for shipments to UK and most European countries. International shipments outside of these regions may be subject to additional shipping charges not calculated at checkout. You will be contacted by customer service representative if an additional shipping fee is required.
What if I am ordering my item as a gift?
You may enter a different shipping address at checkout and we will ship directly to the recipient. You may let us know of any special instructions by using the notes area on checkout page.
How can I check the status of an order I placed on Euphoria Gems?
To check on the status of an order, you can either login to your account by visiting “My Euphoria” link and then on the “View” button next to the order or you could also directly visit the page “Order Tracking” and enter your Order ID provided to you in the order confirmation email.
What is my password and how can I change it?
We will email you your password as soon as you have registered. If you would like to change your password to one you will remember more easily, go to “My Euphoria” and then the “Edit” tab. Enter in your new password in both the ‘Password’ and ‘Confirm Password’ fields and click on the submit button to save your changes.
If you can’t log into the site and have forgotten your password, please use the “Lost your Password?” link and follow the instructions there. A new password will be emailed to the email address associated with your account.
How do I edit my billing & shipping address, email address, password, etc?
To edit any of your personal details such as your default email address, billing address or password, please go to “My Euphoria” and click the Edit link next to the details you want to modify. You can amend your details as necessary and the records in our database will be updated immediately.
